Its life for me 4800 miles

Well the wee cbf traded in and the R1 in the garage I have been splitting my daily commute between the VFR and the Pan.

A Pan for life, simply nothing negative that i can say, the bike has been in my hands for 22 months now, 22 months and nearly 5000 miles and i can't think of a tenth of one that has not been magic..  This from a bike I never thought I would own.  I thought it would be the Ideal machine for me and Eileen to enjoy life on two wheels but it has become so much more for me.

Just trying to squeeze what i can out of the front tyre, no issues, just gets on with it in such a stately manner.

4560 Miles

Brake recall a few months ago and now Just had a service, oil and filter change. No problems, still the best bike I could ever own. Not been used so much as the CBF125 has been doing the weekly work commute. However I did dig the pan out on one of the really bad weather weeks and it was just awesome to be back on it.

Only issue is the front tyre is already close to needing replaced. Note great after 4500 miles and strangely the back still looks good for another few thousand miles.

Anyway look forward to the future and taking this flagship Honda far a field.

4031 Miles 47mpg

Past the 4000 mile mark and 1 year old. New ground for me but I am confident that next year I will be saying the same but with even more miles.

We had a Pan clan run to Anstruther, 104 miles on a great summers evening. Awesome king of its craft, A year ago I bought the bike stressed about my jobs future but I have never been a cautious type. All I could hope for is that the bike would still occupy a space in my garage in the future.

A year gone by, well into a new job, bike still in the garage, now I have to just make it a lifetime. First year of ownership has been nothing short of brilliant.

I bought it for Eileen's comfort, to help us share my passion. it was an OK bike then and now it is the best bike I have ever owned.

You just never know how things will work out really and the best things never start of brilliant in my experience, they grow with you and this bike has grown on me. Wonderful !!!!!!!

Coldstream
Whitby
As usual forgot to change the date on the camera, 03/06/2011. Current Mileage - 3682
A trip over a few days, We took the Jedburgh road on one of the finest days you could ask for. Out to Whitby, then back over the moors, eventually ending up in Easingwold 279 Miles.
The return was shorter, back vai A1 and then the Coldstream road - 201 miles.
Fuel consumption (2 up, fully loaded) 45 to 47 Mpg. Speeds up to 90Mph. Very windy return trip.
This bike just keeps giving more each time I ride it, exceptional, fuss free, smooth. No matter what you throw at it - Motorway A-Road, B-Road, Town, Moors, it just never changes it smooth mild fuss free manner. Exceptional to the point. Never held up by any traffic.
In another month it will be a year old and by then should have over 4000 miles, which for me is unknown. I have no intention to do anything other than pile on the miles. Loving it.
A keeper - forever - bury me with it.

3010 Miles

A milestone, there has not been a bike in the last 6 years hat I have taken past 3000miles without selling it.

I would have had my previous bike for an average of 18 months and under that mileage.

Now I have covered more than that in almost 10 months and also still managed 2200 miles on my VFR1200 within the same year.

The Pan is just continuing to bowl me over, it is truly a brilliant bike, I hope to keep it forever and without doubt if I am lucky it will be my 100,000 mile bike.

The top box has been a great addition, Eileen is just so relaxed and the box itself has proved invaluable.

What a bike, comfortable, great tank range, great mpg, great performance for what it is. Great Great and Great.

2766 miles

Weekly commute, 200 odd mile trip up North with the Pan Clan, sadly having to pull one members bike out of a ditch but luckly no serious injury and a nice Sunday ride out with my brother on my VFR.

I have nothing but utter praise for this faultless Honda gem. I love this bike, every single mile has been a privilage. Superb.

Marked my front mudguard in the garage parking it. Never mind though it's gonna get a fair few bruises in it's life.
